Refund policy

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To report an issue, please email orders@livebyfaithco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Sale items or gift cards

Please contact us before sending any items back.


Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your approved return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
