Order Processing

All of our products are made to order, which means each item is created especially for you once your order is placed.

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Estimates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped.

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Live By Faith is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at contact@livebyfaithco.com.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your shipping information. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or replacements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Live By Faith is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and reach out to us at orders@livebyfaithco.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
